We designed and built a modular automation platform that consolidates the entire cleaning operation, from daily scheduling to final quality sign-off  into a single, connected system.

Automated scheduling engine:  A rule-based algorithm automatically assigns cleaning tasks to staff based on their shift, zone, workload, and certification level. This eliminates manual dispatch entirely and ensures the right person is always assigned to the right location at the right time.

Mobile task app for field staff: Cleaners receive their daily tasks through a simple mobile application. They can check off checklist items, upload photo evidence of completed work, and mark tasks as done. The app works offline, making it suitable for facilities with limited connectivity.

Supervisor dashboard with live tracking: A web-based portal gives supervisors a real-time view of task status, staff locations, and any escalations or delays. Alerts are triggered automatically when tasks are overdue or issues are flagged in the field.

Digital quality checklists and audits: Every cleaning session generates a timestamped audit log that includes checklist completion, photo evidence, and supervisor sign-off. This creates a permanent, searchable record of all cleaning activity across every site.

Automated reporting and compliance logs:  Performance reports are generated automatically on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Compliance documentation is compiled in real time and available for one-click export, eliminating the manual reporting effort entirely.
